Sweet Heat Pickles
Sweet Heat Pickles are the newest candied product at Sweat Heat. I’m just going to tell you that the Sweat Heat Products are my favorite line here at Brenmar. I love to pour the Candied Pickles and Peppers onto a block of cream cheeseas a dip for guest and sometimes just for myself. The candied peppers and pickles also go great on tacos, burritos, enchiladas, grilled chicken, fajitas and even on breakfast items like eggs. I’m always finding new ways to use the candied peppers and pickles.

Suggested Recipe -Sweet Heat Pickle Wraps
You’ll need: 1/2 jar Sweet Heat Peppers Sweet and Spicy Pickles
(1) 8oz. Brick of softened Cream Cheese
(1) 2.5oz. Package of chopped dried beef Dice up pickles.
Mix with cream cheese and spread mixture over tortillas. Roll tortillas up, then slice the roll into finger food-sized pieces. (This mixture is a general guideline. Add more/less pickles to make it hotter/milder to suit your taste.) Other Suggestions: Leave the peppers whole for nachos, tacos, chili, brats, burgers, or salad. Chop them up and substitute for relish on hotdogs and more!! Put them in your chicken, egg, or tuna salad. Baste your grilled meats with the juice. You can also just pour the jar of peppers over a brick or two of cream cheese. Use the pickles on burgers, sandwiches, or any other dish that needs additional flavor.
Sweet Heat was born after many years of making candied jalapenos in my very own kitchen. After making them and storing them, we would occasionally bring the candied jalapenos out for parties and bring them to peoples houses. Once people started commenting on the peppers, I realized how well received it was. After a while we would hear people tell us we should take them to the local Farmer’s Market. So, I applied for a spot at the local market and picked 4 weekends to be there. The first weekend, we took every jar we had. We sold out before noon and got a call the following week to see if we had more and could sell at the market every weekend. That meant a lot to us so, we started making large batches and got the word out. Ever since then, our fan base has grown and grown. We’ve shipped literally to every corner of the country.
